Valedictorian

What does it mean to be the Valedictorian at our school?
A Valedictorian is a representative of a graduating class who speaks on behalf of the graduates at Convocation. This honour is bestowed on an outstanding representative of the graduating class as selected by their classmates.

Choosing a Valedictorian
Students may be nominated by other students or staff. Applications will be available in the counselling office in mid-April. Students with the highest number of nominations will be short-listed. The top 6 nominees will proceed to the assembly and voting.  Nominees will be introduced to the Class of 2026 during an assembly in May.  After this assembly, grads will be able to vote for their Valedictorian.
