- The Jr boys had a big 60-12 win over the Poppy rugby academy yesterday. Cam Jones and Anderson Kams led the way with three tries each. Buddy Giesbrecht, Tomasi Lapa, Draiden Ferchert, and Daniel van Heerden also all scored.

- Did you sign up for Yale Idol? There is a quick but mandatory meeting today at lunch in Ms. Gronkjaer's classroom, E107. You will find out audition information and what day your audition is.

- Today we celebrate Vaisakhi! Come to the front foyer today to visit the celebration.
- This Friday night is the Yale Alumni Basketball game at 7pm. Come and see players from the past, including players from all three championship teams! Free hot dogs for fans at 6:30pm.
- This Friday night is the Yale Alumni game at 7pm! There will be free hot dogs at 6:30pm. Come on out and see players from all three Yale Championships.
- Bigger Than Basketball All star games are this Saturday. The boys game starts at 4:00pm and the girls game follows. There will be a three point contest in between games.
- The Sr Girls soccer team plays at Clayburn field today against Bateman. Come out and cheer them on!
- Next week we have a spirit week leading up to the pep rally. Monday is socks and sandals day! Tuesday will be tropical Tuesday and then we have White Lies Wednesday. Win prizes!
- Yale Idol auditions are tomorrow and Wednesday at lunch in the main gym! Come watch and cheer on your favorite singers. If you are auditioning, please make sure you have emailed Ms. Gronkjaer your song choice.
- There is a percussion, trombone and electric bass sectional for Concert Band at lunch today

- Well done to the Yale’s Girls Hockey team on their hard fought battle against Bateman yesterday. Congratulations to our grade 7 goalie Katherine Dominato with some amazing saves. Kaylyn Hawlas scored two backhanded top corner goals and Jessica Bush tucked in a third rebound goal. Shoutout to Maddy Dominato our team captain for scoring a goal through the opponent’s legs. This young team has all the potential!
