*How to Log On

Log on to MyEd BC
Log in ID:   This is your student number.  (the one on your ID card)
Password:  Use the Password you used the last time you logged on

First time logging on?  If you are new to the school from in Province, then your student number will be the same as it always was.  Try using the following password  -  Yale2022$ (case sensitive).  If it does not work, then email Yale [at] and ask for a password reset.  A new temporary password will be emailed back to you.

If you are new to the school and from out-of-province, please email Yale [at] and ask for a password reset.  The email that will be sent to you will contain the user log-in (student number) and the new temporary password.

Do not phone, as we need your email address to assign you a password.

PLEASE NOTE:  Password reset requests will be processed on the next business day.  Please be patient and only email again if you have not received a temporary password email two working days after your initial request.

Forgot your password? Enter your User Name (student number) and click on the “Forgot Password” link.

You must enter the email address that is associated with your account.  Once you have done this, you will get another new pop up with the security question you chose when you set up your account.  You must answer with the same answer you supplied before.

* If this does not work, then you must email Yale [at] and ask for a temporary password.  (Do not phone, as we need your email address to assign you a password.)  You will then receive an email with your new temporary password.  As soon as you log in, you will be required to reset your password.  Use this same temporary password as the “current password”, then submit a new password twice, using the criteria the program shows you.

Once logged on, you will be able to:

  • view your timetable
  • do your course planning between specific dates only
  • view basic demographic information
  • see attendance for your classes
  • view your marks, and report cards (when they are available)

Information on each of these things can be found on the Yale website under “Student Portal”.
